- Taking over and fully reconstructing the existing codebase by applying the highest engineering standards and best practices for an enterprise-level client (Real-Pixel), including flagship features such as the Track Editor and Photo Editor developed in React using the Canvas API.
- Collaborating with frontend (web and mobile) and backend teams on transferring key functionalities from the web platform to mobile devices using React Native, for a government-level client.

- Founded and operate RecallyFlow, my independent software company focused on building and maintaining business applications.
- Designed and developed a complete booking and salon management platform for Backstage Friseur, covering online appointment scheduling, client and employee management, services, inventory, and administrative workflows.
- Responsible for end-to-end product delivery, including architecture, frontend, backend, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
- Architected and implemented an event-driven email/SMS automation system for client reactivation, loyalty campaigns, no-show and cancellation recovery, last-minute slot filling, staff task routing, and performance tracking.
